  Female employee working cash at approx 7pm was extremely rude to all customers not even a smile or friendly hello. Halfway through my order she told me to "shut up a second" Then proceeded to take 10min to get 20 assorted timbits and put them in two separate boxes without an explanation to why. My friend who was with me got the same treatment and was told to check if the donut she wanted was there which isn't her job and obviously would be there if she was in store looking at it. The one donut she ordered took ten minutes to be given to her. This lady is not the Tim Hortons standard and the state restaurant was dirty and full of flies. 10/10 would not return go to Baden instead for better service.

  Not impressed at drive thru girls joking around long line up of cars. I sit at window while the blonde girl chats away , window closes my meal sits on window. Then my doughnut is forgotten. Then I get a filled doughnut that is just crushed with a star shaped hole punched right through no filling in it all. I love this tim hortons 99% of the time but there is some real incompetence in some of the staff esp. Night shift . Good luck !

  Employee Melody I beleive was rude and slow. Was in on Sunday June 4th and we were lined up out the door. She didn't apologize for the wait. 10 minutes for a coffee. Unbelievable.
