  I'm addicted! His salad dressings are to die for! My fave is maple Balsamic. And the salsa, try the salsa, it's a taste bud explosion. And everything is reasonably priced. Did I mention he grows most of his produce - pesticide free!

  We have enjoyed all the wonderful homemade treats we have found at Chef Adam's store in New Hamburg and at the Baden Summer Market. We Love the fact that he grows his own produce (no sprays) and then makes his wonderful creations from it. The beets, bread and butter pickles, pickled hot peppers, salsa, mango salsa, hummus, and pre made dinners are just some of the wonderful food we have enjoyed time and again. Adam's food is like a hidden treasure and it is reasonably priced too! To sum it up....deeelish!

  Adam Brenner does not disappoint! He is a hard working, humble, and passionate individual. Adam is not only an amazing chef, he is a gardener who makes wholesome organic produce accessible and affordable to the local community. The man is a canning wizard!
